APPLICATION PROCESS

You are encouraged to complete your admissions file as soon as possible since admission to FIB Academy USA is quite competitive. Please see our Admissions Process Time Line for important information regarding a target date for completing your admissions file.

Application

We accept the Common In-mail Application, the Online Application, and the Email Application. Each is treated equally by FIB Academy USA. Complete and submit your materials as soon as possible to ensure full and timely consideration of your application. If you do use the Common In-Mail Application method, you must submit your application with all supporting materials such as (Resume, Pass Certification, etc.) Certificates can be released to any formal training. Until you submit your own application sections, no part of your application will be process, all the Application does require this same process.

 

Criteria

  • You must be at least 18 years old although it is generally recommended that candidates should be 20 or over.

  • You must have an awareness of language and a competence in English, both written and spoken, that enables the course to be undertaken successfully.

  • You must have the potential to develop the necessary skills to become effective and to successfully complete the written assignments and butler practice.

  • Only candidates that have formal qualifications which would allow entry into higher level courses.

  • A Professionally written Resume must be presented with all application'S.

  • Resume must include Pass Qualification'S, Certifications and experience.

 

WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR APPLICATION

 

We will send an acknowledgment of confirmation within two business days  of receiving your application. If you have not received an acknowledgment after 3 days, please contact us. Choose the category “Your Submitted Application,” then the subject “Confirm of Application” in the drop-down menu, or call US. 

 

Please note: we will not begin processing applications until the requested documents have been submitted,  the earliest acknowledgements will be sent to you. 

Accreditation & Course FEE

  • You may pay your course fee online with a credit card via PayPal, The Federation Wells Fargo USA Business Account, or the Scotiabank Federation Bank Accounts For Jamaican Students in Jamaica.

  • You may also send a check or money order to the Federation Admissions, 820 Musket Drive J104, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80905, The United States of America. Please include the applicant’s name with the payment.

  • Fee waivers: Do not let the course fee prevent you from applying! In the spirit of our honor code, if the fee presents a hardship for you or your family, the fee will be consider. You or your guidance counselor may use one of the official forms, or your counselor—or  you yourself—may simply write a short email asking us to help waive your fee. This is not a promise to students.

Students Recommendation Letter

These letters must be completed by FIB Principal trainer. Ask the federation for this letter when only needed for important reasons.

If you have attended more than one training courses in the past two years, we request that you indicate to us  the levels of completion in previous training.

Curriculum

 

The academic program is organized on a rotating block schedule. 42 Courses credits per level is the maximum course load; students must complete a grand total of 960 hours. Students attend three block classes and the regular class daily. Block classes are year-long; each block class meets every other day. Via Class, Skype live chat or email.
 

Grading and Ranking

  • A – Excellent 95–100 %

  • B – Above average 85–94

  • C – Average 75–84

  • D – Below average 65–74

  • F – Failure 64 or below 0

FIB training policy award students with a 98% or higher average with an Platinum Standards Academic Award

 

Grade Point Average (GPA) Calculation

 

GPA is computed using the above quality points. Begin with all training Program, all subjects, whether passed or failed, are included in the computation. A minimum of 42 credits is required for graduation. In addition, each student must complete a 200-hour  working experience service graduation requirement. Class 

There have been 200 graduates in our program dust far.

  • 6 earned a 4.0+

  • 150 earned 3.5–3.99

  • 44 earned 3.0–3.49

  • 0 earned 2.50–2.99

  • 0 earned 2.0–2.49

  • 0 earned less than a 2.0
